Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all SteadyLife apps, including SipSteady, SmokeSteady, SpendSteady, MoveSteady, SteadyKids, and SteadyHub. These apps are developed by SteadyLife LLC. Our philosophy is simple: your data belongs to you, stays on your device, and exists only to help you understand your own habits.
What data we collect
SteadyLife apps only collect data that you explicitly enter, such as:
- the drinks you log (SipSteady)
- cigarettes or nicotine use (SmokeSteady)
- spending habits you choose to track (SpendSteady)
- movement or activity entries (MoveSteady)
- tasks and responsibilities for your children (SteadyKids)
- cross-app summaries or reflections (SteadyHub)
No app collects your location, contacts, browsing data, device identifiers, or analytics that track you across apps or websites.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s secure storage systems. Syncing with Apple Watch uses Apple’s encrypted communication channels.
SteadyLife does not operate a cloud server and does not receive, store, or view your entries.
How your data is used
Your data is only used to:
- track habit trends over time
- generate insights within the app
- sync entries between your iPhone and Apple Watch
- power cross-app summaries inside SteadyHub (on-device only)
Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
SteadyKids – parent & child privacy
SteadyKids includes a parent-controlled experience. Child profiles and task logs remain stored locally on the parent’s device unless Apple’s iCloud backup is enabled.
No data from SteadyKids is transmitted to SteadyLife LLC or shared with third parties.
SteadyHub & multi-app insights
If you use multiple SteadyLife apps, SteadyHub may read your on-device data to show patterns. This happens entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded, synced, or shared externally.
Third-party services
The only third-party systems involved are Apple services (App Store, iCloud Backup if enabled, WatchConnectivity). SteadyLife does not integrate trackers, analytics SDKs, or advertising networks.
Your rights
You may at any time:
- delete your entries individually within each app
- delete all app data by deleting the app from your device
- disable iCloud backups if you prefer data to remain only on-device
